Provision of service complaints
How to make a complaint about the way a service has been provided.
To make a complaint about the way a service has been provided, contact the Complaints and Conflict Resolution Advisor at email@example.com. They will identify the best person or area in the University to respond to this complaint. This will usually be the manager or a senior staff member in the relevant area.
Possible outcomes could include:
- consideration of the complaint and subsequent changes to service delivery
- training and upskilling staff
- an apology or any other action to repair harm, relieve distress and enhance student wellbeing and experience.
