Provision of service complaints

How to make a complaint about the way a service has been provided.

If you would like to make a complaint about the way a service has been provided, the Complaints and Conflict Resolution Advisor will identify the best person or area in the University to respond to this complaint. This will usually be the manager or a senior staff member in the relevant area.

Possible outcomes could include

  • consideration of the complaint and subsequent changes to service delivery
  • training and upskilling staff
  • an apology or any other action to repair harm, relieve distress and enhance student wellbeing and experience.
