Free inter-campus bus passes from VUWSA

If you have two classes at different campuses on the same day, you're eligible for free bus passes provided by VUWSA. Drop by the VUWSA office to have 10 free bus trips loaded on your Snapper card. When you run out, you can go back to add more.

Flamingo scooters and bikes

Save up to 50 percent on Flamingo Scooter rides with a valid Student ID. To apply, tap ‘change plan’ from the payment screen in the Flamingo app.

Snapper—Community Connect concessions

Get 50 percent off public transport in Wellington by applying for the Community Connect concession. You must have a valid Community Services Card to be eligible for this discount.

Snapper—tertiary travel concession

StudentCard is a discount card for students that provides discounts for many well-known brands. The card costs $20 and gives students access to discounts for a whole year.

Switched on Bikes

Sign up for a Switched on Bikes eBike lease for only $35 a week by showing a valid Student ID card on pick up. Add insurance for $5 a week. Subscription includes a helmet, lock, and servicing. Approx 7 days lease. 4-week subscription minimum.
