Improving student experience
We want to ensure all students have a great experience at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington.
Each year we ask students to complete online surveys to give feedback on their time at the University. The insights from these surveys are used to inform decision making and improve student focused initiatives.
YOU Student Wellbeing Survey
The 2022 YOU Student Wellbeing Survey is a long-term project which aims to understand more about how student experiences interact with their wellbeing. To do this, we are reaching out to students twice a year for each year they study at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington.
Waves 4, 6 and 8 of the survey were sent to second-, third- and fourth-year undergraduate students on Monday 19 September 2022.
Insights from the survey will be used to inform the University’s learning environment and support services.
The survey was sent to three groups:
- Students who enrolled as undergraduates at the beginning of 2019 and completed the baseline survey and were willing to be contacted again.
- Students who enrolled as undergraduates at the beginning of 2020 and completed the baseline survey and were willing to be contacted again.
- Students who enrolled as undergraduates at the beginning of 2021 and completed the baseline survey and were willing to be contacted again.
