The Wellington International Leadership Programme equips students with the skills required to become active global citizens.

The Wellington International Leadership Programme (WILP) is an academically-oriented extra-curricular programme of seminars, speaker events and experiential activities relevant to the themes of:

• international leadership
• cross-cultural communication
• global connectedness, and
• sustainability.

The need for our students to become more cross-culturally competent and globally aware becomes ever more pressing if they are to thrive in the global knowledge economy and to become active global citizens. WILP is designed to address this need.
