Connect with others and nurture your taha tinana—physical wellbeing with Move-It Hour in The Bubble (SU216).
Guided by a Student Wellbeing Facilitator, participating in Move-It Hour is an easy, free way to take a break from study and move your body.
When: Wednesdays, 1–2 pm (teaching weeks in Trimesters 1 and 2).
Where: The Bubble (SU216)
Our activities: We facilitate activities like yoga, movement games, stretching, or dancing.
Come as you are—no experience is needed. Move-It Hour is relaxed, low-pressure, and accessible for everyone.
