Student Service Centre Info Desk
You’ll find us on Level 2 of The Hub at Kelburn campus—a central, accessible, and welcoming space right next to the Library entrance.

Our team is here to support you with enrolments, course changes, transcripts and letters, as well as general enquiries. If you have a specific question or are not sure where to begin, we are your starting point and can connect you with other student services.
Each day, you can see a rotating schedule of other support services available for appointments and drop-ins. Check the digital screen in our space to know what's on.
The Info Desk is open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
