September graduation dates and times

The University has confirmed the dates for the rescheduled May graduation ceremonies which will now take place from 8 – 11 September.

Preparation deadlines

There are several key dates in the period before graduation that you will need to put in your calendar.

15 June

  • By the end of this week the Graduation Office will send you an email to advise you of your ceremony allocation.

26 June

1 July

  • First day to order guest tickets.

3 July

  • Last day to submit your thesis to the Library (Master's by thesis and doctorate graduands).
  • Last day for doctorate graduands and graduates to submit doctorates' response form.

5 August

  • Last day to let us know if you will be attending your ceremony.

10 August

  • Deadline to order guest tickets.

13 August

  • Graduates who requested additional guest tickets will be advised their allocation.

23 August

  • Last day to accept additional guest ticket allocation.

1 September

  • The Graduation Office will send you an email to advise your graduate code.

4 September

  • First day for guest ticket collection.
  • First day to collect academic dress (ceremonies 1, 2 and 3).

7 September
