Kōrero with a Student Wellbeing Facilitator about study, life, and everything in between.
Student Wellbeing Facilitators move around the space with a wellbeing themed conversation board—inviting you to pause, reflect, and add a post-it note with your thoughts or a helpful tip. It’s a chance to check in with yourself, share, and support others through shared kōrero.
Topics may include:
- sleep
- building friendships
- managing your time
- reflecting on your wellbeing
- navigating challenging conversations
- and more.
When: 11 am–2 pm, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (teaching weeks in Trimesters 1 and 2).
Where: The Bubble (SU216), Kelburn campus.
