Academic transcripts

Academic transcripts are official records of your study and achievements that you may need to provide when applying for a job, scholarship or further study.

Find out how to order academic transcripts, what they include, and how to access and share certified digital versions of your transcripts through myeQuals.

Accessing transcripts

When you've completed a qualification at Victoria University of Wellington, you’ll receive a free digital copy of your academic transcript through the myeQuals platform. This digital document is issued once completion of your study has been verified by your Faculty Office. On graduation, you’ll also receive a free digital copy of your degree certificate.

Read about accessing your transcripts, document security, and how to share transcripts on our myeQuals page.

If you completed your qualification before July 2018, or require a transcript before you’ve completed your qualification, you can order a digital or hard copy transcript using the below request forms. Transcripts are prepared by the relevant Faculty Office and requests may take up to seven working days to be processed.
