Your gift will support the next generation of Māori legal leaders.
Many tauira make extraordinary contributions to their communities, support fellow students, lead kaupapa, and strengthen Māori student life as advocates and leaders. These awards seek to recognise those contributions and support future development. They will be available to Māori law students in their penultimate or final year of study to strengthen their ability to contribute as a Māori legal professional.
Your support will help future tauira access opportunities that might otherwise remain out of reach. It will strengthen te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and leadership within the legal profession. Most importantly, it will help ensure that future Māori lawyers are equipped to serve their whānau, hapū, iwi, and communities with confidence and cultural strength.
