Sports clubs

Many of our sports clubs welcome members of the public. Find out which you can join and how to get in touch.

Netball

Team Vic is the largest netball club in Wellington, providing a friendly, supportive atmosphere and both competitive and social games.

Lacrosse

The University's Lacrosse Club caters to a range of members from beginner to experienced. Games are on Saturday afternoons at Boyd-Wilson Arena.

Football

Victoria University of Wellington Association Football Club (VUWAFC) is the largest senior football club in Wellington with 21 men’s and 4 women’s teams.

Cricket

The Cricket Club is for men and women players of all ages and abilities—fostering cricketing excellence and a great social atmosphere.
