Biodiversity of red algal parasites from New Zealand

I'm studying parasite evolution using parasitic red algal native to New Zealand. I'm interested to expand our current knowledge of red algal parasites by researching their diversity, host-parasite relationships, their development, host dependency and genomic changes in organelle genomes (mitochondria and plastid).
