New application deadline for summer workshops
Applicants for our summer creative writing workshops now have until 29 October to apply.
Applicants for our trimester 3 Iowa Workshops in prose and poetry now have extra time to hone their writing submissions. Victoria University's enrolment deadline for third trimester 2012 has been extended to 29 October.
Every year we offer a special workshop taught by outstanding Creative Writing graduates from the University of Iowa. Over the summer of 2012/2013 Evan James and Andrew Nance of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop - American's oldest and most prestigious creative writing programme - will convene CREW 258 (prose workshop) and CREW 259 (poetry workshop).
The Iowa Workshops run twice weekly between 7 January and 24 February. Each stream is limited to 12 students.
