Peter runs a transformation consultancy helping senior leaders shape, plan and execute complex transformation programmes.

He has unique expertise working with founders, CEO’s, Partners and executives of both management and engineering consultancies, and their client organisations, to deliver more customer and business value.

With 25 years’ experience working on large and complex capital and digital transformation programmes across Europe, the UK, US, Australia and New Zealand, Peter is a published author with Oxford University Press and Charles C Thomas in organisational resilience, leadership, motivation and the cognitive experience of work.

Peter has active partnerships with several tier 1 New Zealand Universities, developing and teaching innovative Master’s-level courses covering leadership, teaming, conflict management, systems and critical thinking and problem solving. All within the context of this increasingly AI-enabled business world.
