Belinda Birchall
Director, PwC New Zealand
Belinda is a people and organisation professional with over fourteen years’ experience across public and private sector organisations in New Zealand, Singapore and the Middle East. She is a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers and an alumna of Victoria University of Wellington’s Management School. Her experience includes supporting organisations through major change, workforce transformation and large-scale reform.
Belinda’s work spans workforce transformation, operating model and organisational design, workforce strategy and capability, and people-centred change. She enjoys helping organisations make sense of complexity and turn strategy into practical ways of working; designing operating models that bring together structure, roles, capability, governance and change in a way that works for people, not just on paper. She is particularly interested in how organisations respond to the challenges and opportunities facing the modern workforce.
