What to book
- Book a set of two or three appointments with the same counsellor to get you back on track. If you need more sessions, we will discuss this with you and work together to develop a plan.
- Ask us for a same-day counselling appointment if you need a one-off, urgent appointment to discuss an academic or personal concern.
- If you are living in one of the University's Halls of Residence, you can choose to see an accommodation wellbeing adviser instead.
Cancelling your appointment
Let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel your appointment, as this allows us to offer the appointment slot to another student. Appointments missed or cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a fee. You can leave a message to cancel after hours.
