Cancelling your appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, let us know as soon as possible by calling our cancellation line.

You can cancel your appointment by calling 04 463 5308 and listening to the options. You can leave us a message on our cancellation line at any time of the day.

Health

If you miss or cancel a health appointment less than one hour before your appointment time, you will incur a 'did not attend' (DNA) fee.

Counselling

If you need to cancel a counselling appointment, let us know at least 24 hours’ before your appointment. This allows us the time to offer the appointment slot to another student.

There will be a 'did not attend' (DNA) fee if you miss your appointment without letting us know or cancel at short notice.
