Sending complaints
If you have a complaint that goes beyond general feedback, we recommend that you submit a complaint form, which is available in our reception areas. Complaints are managed internally and will be taken seriously, and handled confidentially. If you would like a copy of our complaints policy, this can also be requested at reception.
You have the right to submit a complaint to the Health and Disability Commissioner (HDC). See the HDC's website for more information on this process.
