MyIndici is our patient portal—sign up to access your health information and interact with us through a secure online service.

How to register

The MyIndici terms of agreement are different to our Primary Health Organisation (PHO) enrolment form. By signing up as a patient of Mauri Ora, you are not automatically registered to the portal.

The MyIndici registration form is attached to our PHO enrolment form. However, you can complete the MyIndici registration form at any time after your PHO enrolment form has been processed. This can be returned by email to mauriora@vuw.ac.nz, or you can bring it to your next in-person appointment.

You can register by expressing an interest, either in person, or by emailing us at mauriora@vuw.ac.nz. You will then be provided with the user agreement and once you have read, signed and returned the form, we will send you the login instructions.

MyIndici is an online patient portal that gives enrolled students autonomy and agency over their healthcare. It is available to domestic, Manaaki, ELTO, and international students.

The patient portal gives you the opportunity to work alongside Student Health to effectively manage your healthcare. You can access your health information and communicate with your heath provider in a secure and safe environment.

be notified of test results
access health and wellbeing resources
view your medications
see your vaccination history
access video consultations
send non-urgent messages to your health provider or receive messages from them efficiently and securely.

You will only be able to communicate through secure messaging with the doctor you see regularly. If you would like to change your regular doctor, call our reception team on 04 463 5308.

How to access MyIndici

The portal can be accessed through a web browser on your computer. It can also be downloaded as an app on your mobile device. The MyIndici app lets you conveniently access the portal and your health information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Privacy

MyIndici patient portal is exclusively for Student Health. No Student Counselling-related information can be accessed through this portal.

Your health information remains secure. An audit trail will show who has accessed the patient portal to make sure your health information has been seen by staff who are allowed to see it. You should protect your patient password as carefully as you would protect an electronic banking password.
