If you have a complaint that goes beyond general feedback, we recommend that you submit a complaint form, which are available in our reception areas. Complaints are managed internally and will be handled with absolute respect and confidentiality. If you would like a copy of our complaints policy this can also be requested via our reception.
You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Health and Disability Commissioner (HDC). See the HDC's website for more information on this process.
