Areas of responsibility

  • manage the technical team
  • prepare, manage and monitor laboratory budget and issuance of purchase orders
  • asset management including capex requests, maintenance, depreciation and replacement program
  • manage the school vehicle fleet including bookings, maintenance etc
  • manage computer allocation within the school
  • oversee the field stations
  • maintain strong liaison with fm and contractors in respect to repair, modification or upgrade of physical facility
  • SGEES room security systems (keys and access cards)
  • ensure the laboratories comply with HSNO conformance
  • safety officer and building fire warden.
