The Australasian University Health Challenge (AUHC) is a health-focused initiative for staff and students across Australia and New Zealand. Each year we aim to encourage and support many of our students and staff to get involved.

Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington have participated for the past three years with the aim to encourage and support as many of our students and staff to get involved.

This six week challenge aims to encourage everyone to focus on wellbeing and increase their daily movement. It is easy to be involved, all you need to do is log your daily steps.

Dates for the 2023 challenge will be available soon. Please email university-recreation@vuw.ac.nz to register your interest.
