Australasian University Health Challenge

The Australasian University Health Challenge (AUHC) is a health-focused initiative for staff and students across Australia and New Zealand.

The Australasian University Health Challenge (AUHC) is a six-week challenge that encourages everyone to focus on wellbeing and increase their daily physical activity. University staff and students across Australia and New Zealand get involved, and 2023 will be our university’s fifth year taking part.

We encourage and support as many of our students and staff as possible to join in, step out and get moving. Your steps will contribute towards the total for team Te Herenga Waka.

It is easy to be involved—all you need to do is log your daily steps.

Registrations open on Monday 7 August 2023 and the AUHC starts on Monday 21 August 2023. Follow us on Facebook to stay up to date, or register your interest by emailing us at university-recreation@vuw.ac.nz.
