Australasian University Health Challenge

The Australasian University Health Challenge (AUHC) is a health-focused initiative for staff and students across Australia and New Zealand.

It is that time of year, where we are gearing up to defend our 2019 Australasian University Health Challenge Champions title!

The Australasian University Health Challenge (AUHC) is a health-focused initiative for staff and students across Australia and New Zealand. This year, we at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington are hosting the challenge and we aim to encourage and support as many of our students and staff to get involved.

Throughout the six weeks we will encourage everyone to increase their daily steps and physical activity through small yet significant behavioural changes.

This year the event will run between Monday 31 August and Sunday 11 October.
