Use this timetable to find out when recreational spaces are free to use.

Using the timetable

• Use the 'Room' filter to see the availability for specific spaces.
• When a space is free, you can drop in and use it without booking. This shows as white on the timetable within the next 7 days.

We do our best to keep the timetable accurate within a 7-day period. However, if you're making a special trip to use a facility, call us ahead to confirm the availability.

Booking a space

To request a booking, complete our booking form.

You must submit your request at least 7 days in advance, and you can't book a space within 7 days of the requested date.

You must include setup and pack-down times within the booking period.
