International Day of University Sport

A week of University Sport

This September, Victoria University of Wellington will join universities worldwide in celebrating the International Day of University Sport (IDUS), a global initiative led by the International University Sports Federation (FISU).

Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, IDUS highlights the role of sport and physical activity in building healthier, more connected university communities.

To mark the occasion, University Recreation will run a week of activities for students and staff, including a campus-wide challenge, an on-campus participation event, and heaps of opportunities to win prizes.
