Generation Vote

Generation Vote is a non-partisan youth-led organisation that teaches civics education in high schools

It is our belief that there is often a gap between the civic knowledge that students leave high school with and the knowledge that they need to be engaged citizens in Aotearoa New Zealand.

We aim to fill that gap by teaching a series of non-partisan workshops - rooted in active learning - that covers the foundations of democracy in Aotearoa New Zealand.

We 're looking for volunteers to help teach these workshops and join us on our mission to inspire and foster an educated, engaged, and empowered generation of young people in Te Whanganui-a-Tara/Wellington!
