An honours board recognising the work and dedication of past Law Faculty Club and Victoria University of Wellington Law Students’ Society (VUWLSS) Presidents is on display at Old Government Buildings.
The honours board recognises nearly 100 years of past presidents from the Law Faculty Club and VUWLSS. The Law Faculty Club was established in 1930 and the name was changed to the Victoria University of Wellington Law Students’ Society in the 1980s.
Student groups have a long history with the Faculty, serving as a much-appreciated link between the Faculty and students.
The board is located along with other student honours boards in the corridor leading to the Student Common Room on the ground floor at Old Government Buildings. Alumni are welcome to view the board. Please contact Victoria Beckett to arrange a viewing.
