Our group exercise programme has a wide range of classes to choose from, with something for everyone the whole year round.
All group classes run for 50 minutes, except for HIIT 35, which is an express 35-minute high-intensity class.

HIIT 35HIIT 35 is a 35-minute-high intensity interval training workout using a variety of training methods designed to increase your fitness and overall strength. Each class consists of body weight movements and cardio aspects to provide an all over body blast.
