In addition to our creative writing programme and literary events, the International Institute of Modern Letters (IIML) publishes two annual online collections; the anthology Ōrongohau | Best New Zealand Poems, which showcases 25 newly-published poems by New Zealand poets, selected by a different editor each year, and the literary journal Turbine | Kapohau, which presents student work alongside previously unpublished poetry and fiction by emerging and established writers from New Zealand and overseas.

Other things of interest, including articles, interviews, writing exercises and audio recordings of Writers on Mondays sessions, are posted on our modernlettuce blog. We also maintain an occasional email newsletter, with previous newsletters archived on our website.
