Lydia Siloka – HR Manager

Introduction

Lydia has an extensive background as a human resources practitioner and has held a number of senior HR management positions. Prior to coming to Victoria, she was HR Country Manager for South Africa for Gemalto, a multi-national internet technology and cyber security company. Prior to this she has held senior HR management roles with Amazon, Opality Pty Ltd, Teleperformance, South Africa and Huge Telecom, South Africa.

Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and other tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and Advanced HR Management, and is also a member of HRINZ. She has particular experience with and interest in leading and supporting organisational change and culture change, leadership development and diversity.
