Learn NZSL

An e-learning website for beginner learners of New Zealand Sign Language

The development of Learn NZSL (2015-2017) affirmed Victoria University of Wellington's continuing leadership in NZSL documentation and resource development.

Learn NZSL provides a large-scale, free interactive and sequential learning experience for NZSL. The complete online course is split into nine topics, supported by interactive tasks and 660 videos.

A study in 2017 evaluated the user experience and learning outcomes of a small group of autonomous beginner students with Learn NZSL.
