Profile

My PhD research is looking at how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected public opinion Aotearoa New Zealand. I am particularly interested in opinion about the role of the state.

I grew up in Whakatū Nelson and completed my undergraduate and initial graduate studies at Vic, working full time with postgraduate students in the School after finishing. A brief stint overseas in the UK followed, but like many the outbreak of Covid meant a return home, and the beginning of my PhD journey.
