Victoria House opened in 1907 and is our longest established hall of residence. It was also the second hall of residence set up for women students in New Zealand.
Made up of multi-story buildings with single and twin-share bedrooms, Victoria House’s inner-city location offers the benefits of city living with a chance to relax in its outdoor grassed courtyard and surrounding gardens. Throughout the year, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved and meet lots of people at the many inter-hall events—sports events, quiz nights, talent quest, film festival screening, and inter-floor activities.
