Private groups and conferences
Private sports, cultural, or conference groups can book accommodation in our residential halls during summer.
We have cost-effective accommodation options for group bookings of 15 to 800 people. Groups can stay at the halls between November and February when most students are away from campus.
Hall accommodation is a good option for sports teams attending competitions in Wellington, or groups going to cultural, business, and even social events. We can host groups for just one night or up to two weeks or longer.
We don’t offer backpacker-style accommodation or take bookings for individuals.
Facilities
Private groups are accommodated in our central-city halls which are high-rise buildings.
Guests stay in private bedrooms in a hall with shared bathrooms and common lounge areas. Linen is provided.
While there are no kitchen facilities available, we can arrange catering for your group for any meals required. Some ensuite options may be available and we have wheelchair accessible rooms.
Meeting rooms can be made available if required.
There is no carparking at our halls but there is public parking close by and we can arrange bus parking for your group.
