Cumberland House is an inner-city multi-storey building with a friendly student community. Its location, a short stroll from Te Aro campus, makes Cumberland House a great accommodation choice for design and architecture students.

Residents also have access to a range of shared common areas at 222 Willis Street and will be included in all Independent Living events.

The 2027 fee excludes electricity, heating and internet. These services are provided, and the cost is an additional $40 per week. The rate will be confirmed when you receive your offer.
