On the 24th of February Madame Hu Xiaolian, Deputy Governor of the People’s Bank of China (PBOC), discussed the internationalization of the RMB at Victoria University. Madame Hu is currently visiting New Zealand as the Prime Minister’s China Fellow for 2014.Madame Hu's presentation was hosted by the Victoria Business School and the New Zealand Contemporary China Research Centre and covered a discussion of the history, background and prospects of the internationalization of the RMB.
