  • Keep our campus tidy - find a piece of litter and bin it!
  • Use the hand dryer instead of paper towels (where you can)
  • Save packaging - BYO lunchbox next time you buy lunch on campus
  • Sign up to Ecosia and Tab for a Change to support charities with your browsing

Wero Nui - Bigger Challenges

  • Join Green Impact
  • Join one of the university  sustainability clubs and help out
  • Check out one of our Recycling Stations and start diverting your waste

Our volunteers get involved in:

  • Supporting Sustainability Team events and workshops

  • Annual Tree Planting Event
  • Creating social media campaigns to inform students about sustainability issues
  • Auditing the Green Impact programme

You can also credit your volunteer hours to the Kitea Impact Programme, learn more about sustainability, and build up your experience changing the world for the better.
