David Li is a fintech operator and entrepreneur leading Supay Technology Limited, providing payment facilitation, cross-border remittance, and multi-currency wallet services across New Zealand, Australia, and the South Pacific. His work focuses on building compliant, customer-centric financial products—partnering with Visa/Mastercard acquirers and modern blockchain rails to lower costs and expand access for SMEs and migrant communities. David’s experience spans go-to-market, product strategy, and regulatory engagement (including AML/CTF operations), with projects ranging from Poli & PayID integrations to wallet and card issuance. He cares deeply about translating real business problems into student learning, especially in payments, platform strategy, and growth. David enjoys collaborating on industry briefs that sharpen commercial thinking while building practical, portfolio-ready outcomes for students.
