Andy Millard is an experienced business leader with more than 30 years in marketing, international business, and enterprise growth. A graduate of Victoria University of Wellington, he has held senior leadership roles across a range of sectors including technology, manufacturing, sport, and culture. As CEO of Link Engine Management, one of New Zealand’s leading technology exporters, Andy has overseen significant international expansion, exporting to more than 80 countries and establishing subsidiaries in key global markets. His expertise spans strategy development, brand leadership, export growth, and organisational culture, with a particular focus on transitioning entrepreneur-led enterprises into globally competitive businesses.
