NZ SeaRise Project

The NZ SeaRise project is a $7.1 million, five-year (2018-2023) research programme funded by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. It is hosted at the Antarctic Research Centre led by Associate Professor Richard Levy and Professor Tim Naish and involves scientists from VUW, GNS Science and NIWA. The overarching goal of the programme is to improve predictions of sea level rise in Aotearoa New Zealand to 2100 and beyond.
