Profile

I am a Doctoral student in the School of Psychology at Victoria University of Wellington. Having double master's in psychology, I am particularly interested in understanding cross-cultural behaviours of Self injury. My doctoral research explores the relationship between culture and self-injurious behaviours in New Zealand and Indian students. Being an Indian by birth, I always wanted to contribute to Indian research and practice. Thereby combining both the New Zealand and Indian diaspora, this research will add more value to the existing literature on Self Injury at a global level.
