Lest we forget - ANZAC day

Not only has the Library celebrated ANZAC by sharing our own family photos of loved ones who served, but also read their stories. It was moving to hear the conditions and situations these young men endured. Several staff members found relatives found information that they never knew existed in the Online Cenotaph of the Auckland War Memorial. There is a wide range of photos and stories there; you may even find you're own relative's details.

We have also curated a broad selection of ANZAC material for you to watch, read and appreciate. Please let us know if you think we could have included other works. We are always looking to improve on our promotions, especially by understanding what you find valuable and interesting.
