Student camp to China

Student camps are one of the best ways to inspire and motivate students in terms of their language learning, as well as life goals.

School groups can apply to participate in a partially funded student camp in China.

The Confucius Institute is now open for school groups to express interest for 2026 and 2027 student camps. Funding is available for one school per year to participate in a student camp to China.

2026 - Deadline closes 1 September 2025 for groups travelling between April to September 2026.

It is important to note that applications submitted in December may be affected by holidays such as New Year's and Chinese New Year, which could impact the final approval timeline. The final result of the application may be available in February or March 2026.

2027 - Deadline closes 13 February 2026 for groups travelling between December 2026 and September 2027
