Letting nature in for Mental Health Awareness Week
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme is Let nature in, strengthen your wellbeing – Mā te taiao kia whakapakari tōu oranga!
To complement the activities available for students some of our staff have shared how they interact with nature in the hope it will inspire, grow and nurture our collective wellbeing.

Whether you swap your office meetings for walking meetings, engage in active commuting, spot native wildlife on campus or glimpse the clouds rolling through as you cross campus; we encourage our staff colleagues to explore and discuss how you can connect with nature and strengthen your wellbeing every week.
