The other expert panellists were Conservative MP for Boston and Skegness, and Member of the UK House of Commons Science & Technology Committee Matt Warman, Newcastle University’s Professor Rob Wilson and Professor Sharon Dawes from State University of New York.

Professor Lips was also invited to take part in an ESRC-sponsored two-day expert workshop with academics and UK public officials on information-sharing in public service provision in London, and to deliver a public lecture at Newcastle University on ‘Understanding and Explaining Online Information-sharing Behaviours of New Zealanders: A New Taxonomy’, based on recent national research undertaken in New Zealand.
