Sam Roggeveen, a programme director at the Lowy Institute in Australia, came to New Zealand as a guest of the Centre for Strategic Studies. He gave a public lecture on "Australia, New Zealand, and a post-American Asia" at the Victoria University of Wellington on 19 November 2025.
