Rita McNamara awarded prestigious Marsden Fast-Start grant

CACR Fellow Dr Rita McNamara has been awarded a prestigious Marsden Fast-Start grant of $300,000 to work on her research study, 'Unpacking Opacity of Mind: How socio-cultural context shapes social cognition when minds are unknowable'.

There’s enormous competition for Marsden Fund grants and the application process alone is challenging. Many academics expect to have to apply multiple times over many years before they are successful, so the fact that Rita was successful on her first application is a real coup and testament to the quality of her proposal.
