I have a background working with diverse communities in both Germany and Aotearoa New Zealand, and I bring a strong commitment to social justice to my work. I’m passionate about creating an inclusive, culturally responsive space where students feel safe, respected, and understood.

Speaking multiple languages fluently and growing up in multilingual, multicultural environments has profoundly shaped who I am - as we say in Turkish, bir lisan, bir insan (“one language, one person”). These experiences influence how I connect with people and how I understand the many ways we express ourselves.
