Applied Linguistics Prize

Information

This prize arises from a fund established as part of a gift to the Victoria University of Wellington by the Nakashimato Company and the Q P Corporation of Japan in 1991.
  1. The prize shall be known as the Applied Linguistics Prize.
  2. The prize shall be awarded annually on the recommendation of the Head of the School of Linguistics and Applied Language Studies to the student who has completed the best year's work at the graduate level in applied linguistics.
  3. The recipient is encouraged to purchase books with the prize.
  4. The recipient will be asked to write a letter of thanks which will be forwarded appropriately.
